She has a strong understanding of joint mechanics, and is known by local doctors for being a specialist in orthopedic massage.

Certification & Memberships

A Word from Elizabeth

I'm fortunate enough to have fallen in love with my career as a massage therapist. My goal as a health-care professional is to unlock the natural potential of the human body and help my patients achieve a fuller life by promoting good health and proper functioning.

Having worked with many people experiencing chronic long term pain, we have achieved much needed relief. Some of these people have had constant pain for decades and have come for treatment not really expecting to find much relief. However, they have experienced more relief than they ever thought possible, and have learned how to stop pain should it flare up again. As a teacher at heart, I share the self-care techniques I use to help me live without pain. I tell my patients that as much as I would love to see them every week for the rest of their lives, I would rather they were free of pain.

Sometimes it is hard to believe you could be free from pain or that massage techniques could help get you there, especially when you have not experienced true therapeutic massage. However, I'm absolutely confident that once you experience my work, you will believe.  I'm dedicated to you and will do my absolute best to assist you in relieving the pain you live with and getting you back to living your best life.

I truly look forward to working with you toward your lasting wellness through bodywork!
